Our space is an oasis in the city: peaceful, sunlit, plant filled, and dedicated to the practice of yoga.
You will always be welcomed by a sound bath, the smell of sandalwood incense, and a cup of tea.
The beginning of each lesson is for us to connect and, together, create intention for our time
together on the mat.
These lessons create a sacred space for you to take the time to turn inwards, recenter your body-mind, and restore clear energy levels. Sessions integrate yoga, mediation, and guided writing practices.
Working with the ancient medical traditions of India, we use yoga, diet, and lifestyle to give you increased levels of naturally sustainable energy, fuller night’s sleep, and positive perspective on life.
Our teacher-student relationship stems from the shared love of learning yoga, and is rooted in the integrity of true friendship. We explore yoga with an eye to detail, respect for the foundations, and, most of all, joy.
My teaching is always directly inspired by you and your vision. Our connection will be deepest when you feel open to learning, in search of fresh insight, and dedicated to cultivating your own well being.
Lessons, like friendship, will evolve as each of us does, growing and deepening to keep us continually excited to reach forward for all that is to come.
